Click the Refresh button above to try again. If the problem persists, first make sure that neither your Internet connection nor your network has failed, and then follow these instructions:
- Open the main console of PC-cillin Internet Security
- Click Personal Network & Firewall Controls, and then click Settings....
- Make sure that your current firewall profile is appropriate for your current situation ("Home Connection" if using your computer at home, for example, or "Office Connection" if working at your place of business).
- If already using the appropriate firewall profile, click the Edit button.
- On the Proxy tab of the window that opens, enter the correct proxy server information.
